Who is Chef Honeeii

Born and Raised by the Henson's & Dean's of Dallas, Tx, "KeIarra " Chef Honeeii" Lashea was exposed to cooking & the art of loving others unconditionally as a child. She is the face of the Brand of Honeeii, a mother of 3 and Fiancee of Shaun Roberts.

Chef Honeeii has been blessing others with her love, support and great food for over 10 years, but decided to go into business for herself in 2009. Starting out as a event planner, Chef Honeeii quickly broke into the cooking business by catering small events for family, friends & employee referrals . Chef Honeeii has also recently started her own private movement to help other entrepreneurs succeed with their life & business goals by providing support, encouragement, resources and other aids to owning their own business and living their best life!!

What Inspires you to do what you do?

The biggest inspirations are the outcomes of your effort. Progression inspire me. Succeeding and witnessing others succeed inspires me. The people and environmental factors around inspire me.

What does the success of others mean to you?

It means that we as human beings are waking up. It means that we are overcoming the statistics of being handicapped and beating the the odds of Labor Laws as well as having to cross our fingers during interviews or hope for available job opportunities. We're creating our own jobs and opportunities for our communities on our own.

Based on your previous answer,Would you consider yourself a female activist?

No... I am a realist... Activist seems more dramatic! Have you searched the meaning of an activist? I'm not exercising the art of being radical nor do I go out protesting. I just like seeing people be the best them!

What impact does being an business owner affect your personal life?

Lol! Great question.... Um... I would have to say that it has a positive impact on my personal life. Not that things were all bad before but once you get in your mind the 4 W's & the How, you start to think differently, you react and move differently. This causes you to feel differently about everything. I guess I say that to say, things are getting even better for me. The glow up is real and my family & friends are my biggest supporters. Even with having a full time job.... Funny I was afraid of how things would go. I worried about the typical things like if there would be enough time in the day or if I would tire myself out or if my love life would be affected. But everything's kool. Especially with having the support that I have.

What is your favorite thing to cook?

Right now I would have to say, pasta. I've been experimenting a lot with sauces and different ingredients. Plus Shaun & the boys love pasta.

What are some of your favorites?

Oh goodness... Are you sure these questions are in the interview? Lol! Okay so my favorite colors right now are olive green, burgundy, maroon, gold and rose gold.. There is also this off pink peachy color that I like too.. Foods.... I am a very picky eater.. but I'm going to go with hotwings,,all flats... Songs.. I'll keep it safe and give you the artists... I like The Luthers, Isley's,Leverts, Tevin Cambells... Stephanie Mills.. Kevins Gates, Big Chief, Jeezy, Furgies and Southern Texas rap.. Things to do.... Um yea... I'm a home body so I guess I'd have to stick to cooking,, lol! No, I like to spend time with my family, read books, listen to music.. And I love being by the water..
